1. Who we are
2. The Services
ReviewMyVisa is a visa-readiness and document-analysis platform. It helps users organise information, upload and analyse documents, identify potential issues, and generate summaries, guidance, readiness insights, and related outputs. The Services are provided for informational and administrative support purposes only. We are not a government authority. We do not make immigration decisions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not acting as your solicitor, barrister, regulated immigration adviser, or legal representative, and nothing in the Services constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional advice. Any outputs, flags, scores, summaries, recommendations, checklists, or AI-generated content are provided as supportive tools only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information, deciding what to submit, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, and making all submission decisions. We do not guarantee visa approval, application success, processing speed, compliance, or any other immigration outcome. We may add, remove, suspend, improve, or modify features from time to time. Where changes materially and adversely affect a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
